Project Managers at skeyes turn complex change into safe, real-world results. Depending on your track, you will shape how air traffic control works in practice (Operational Project Manager) or deliver the technical systems behind it (Technical Project Manager). Both roles work closely together, and you will see your work go live through validation, acceptance and operational use.
Operational Project Manager (PM OPS)
You shape how controllers will work with new concepts and systems. You translate operational needs into procedures, coordinate operational validation and acceptance, and ensure solutions are safe, usable and compliant. You work with Air Traffic Controllers (ATCO), domain experts, safety, training and technical teams.
Technical Project Manager (PM TECH)
You deliver the technical systems that support air traffic management, from concept through implementation to operational use. You coordinate specifications, suppliers and integration, manage testing and acceptance, and keep safety and operational impact under control. You work with engineering teams, operations, safety and external partners.

As a Project Manager at skeyes, you play a key role in shaping the future of air traffic management.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy turning ambiguity into structure, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering change that people use every day.
